About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisory team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the advisory team, anticipating their needs and delivering high-quality results.
- Engage in proactive and critical thinking to enhance our operations and drive business growth.
- Manage tasks efficiently, focusing the advisor's attention on high-priority activities.
- Create accurate financial plans in Money Guide Pro, performing complex analysis and implementing client planning strategies.
- Coordinate client meetings, prepare for and attend meetings, take notes, and correspond with clients.
- Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience in the industry and as a paraplanner required.
- FPQP, CFP, or AAMSSM preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior relationship management skills.
- Strong computer desktop skills, particularly in Microsoft Office tools (Excel) and Money Guide Pro.
- Team player eager to share with and learn from the entire team.
- Able to be present and aware of what is needed; focused on doing the job well.
- Holding a long-term view, seeing opportunities ahead in the future and excited to take the steps to get there over time.
- Strong client advocate who does what they say they will do and follow through - Every. Single. Time.
