Job Overview
IntelyCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality post-acute care to residents. As a company founded by nurses, we understand the importance of supporting flexible work schedules and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

With our app-based system, nursing professionals can choose from a wide variety of facilities and shifts to create their own unique work experience. This includes the option to select desired shifts, enjoy stability and benefits of W2 employment, and access hazard, travel, and holiday pay, plus overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering post-acute care to residents, including monitoring physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs, and documenting health concerns and medical histories.
  • Properly administering medications, verifying medication administration, and maintaining appropriate levels of medical supplies.
  • Contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and helping medical staff with orientation and training.

Estimated Salary: $41.50 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
