Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following certifications:

  • CA DHS Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • CA Fluoroscopy
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • BCLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Life Support)
Unit Details

The unit specializes in providing exceptional care with a focus on:

  • Patient Ratios: 4 patients per team, with 3 RNs and 1 tech per room
  • Equipment: Philip and GE systems
  • EMR System: Meditech
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a radiology department
  • Proficiency in peripheral angiographic hemodynamic monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation affecting hemodynamic readings
  • Knowledge of catheter artifacts and angiographic equipment
  • Commitment to radiology safety protocols
Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills are advantageous:

  • Experience in interventional radiology procedures
  • Familiarity with thrombectomy, coiling, and carotid stenting
