Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Springfield Hospital. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in an inpatient and outpatient setting, providing evaluations and treatments to patients with varying diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports injuries, gait training, balance training, fractures, sprains and dislocations, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain, neurological disorders, balance and fall prevention, bone and joint diseases, hand injuries, workplace injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • Provide manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with post-operative care, joint replacement, back pain, tendonitis issues, general deconditioning, balance and vertigo issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 2 years of current PT experience required.
  • Must be flexible and able to work inpatient PT as needed.
  • Must have VERTIGO experience, with LSVT BIG Certification preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required.
  • Previous Rehab Experience required.
  • Previous travel experience required, with at least 3 months of experience.
  • CPSI EMR experience highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with PTA's preferred.
Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.
  • RTO requests after upload will not be approved.
  • No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
