We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Enterprise Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to Med-Surgical patients at our three inpatient facilities: Baptist South, Baptist East, and Prattville Baptist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
- Support the philosophy, purpose, and objectives of Baptist Health and the Department of Nursing.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Current AL nursing license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
