Your Role
Koch Industries is in search of a dedicated Quality Engineer to enhance our team. We are looking for a quality engineering expert who is committed to customer satisfaction and driving value through ongoing enhancements in both product and process.

About Our Team
You will be part of a principled team that consistently questions conventional methods. Your collaboration with various departments across operations, development, and transformative capabilities will foster mutual advantages.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and execution of process flows, control plans, PFMEA, and standardized procedures for initial product/process development.
- Develop comprehensive quality planning documents.
- Serve as a liaison for customer communications regarding 8D submissions, quality notifications, and the implementation and verification of corrective actions.
- Establish the final inspection process, including training and reporting frameworks.
- Assist in problem-solving within molding, plating, and assembly sectors.
- Train and oversee daily plating inspections, including defect mapping.
- Conduct statistical analyses of inspection and dimensional data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new product designs to meet established quality and productivity benchmarks.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control and PPAP.
- Proven capability to cultivate relationships with customers.

What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
- Experience in the automotive sector.
