Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Collect and Analyze Data

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify actual and potential nursing diagnoses, and document patient care plans accordingly.

Implement and Evaluate Care

Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise the plan of care as needed based on evaluation and changes in medical plan of care.

Use Clinical Judgment

Utilize clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs, establishing priorities and making informed decisions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current RN License

Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice.

Health Certificate

Hold a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.

PPD or Chest X-Ray

Hold a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.

BLS Card

Hold a current BLS card.

Experience

One year prior RN experience is preferred.

  • Peds Experience

Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.

Flexible Schedule
