Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oyster Shucker - Server to join our team. As a key member of our raw bar team, you will be responsible for serving fresh oysters to our guests and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Shuck and plate oysters to order, ensuring they are served as fresh as possible
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep the raw bar stocked with ice and condiments, and work efficiently to maintain a clean and organized workspace during peak periods
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • 21+ years of age
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Food handler's permit or the ability to obtain one
