Youth Empowerment Coordinator

The primary role of the Wraparound Facilitator is to offer empowerment, guidance, and support to youth and their families, ensuring effective care coordination. This position is essential in fostering a nurturing environment for those in our care.

Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 annually.

The Wraparound Facilitator will:

• Master and apply the organization's systems, processes, and protocols as directed.
• Maintain a willingness to receive coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity while demonstrating emotional intelligence in all interactions.
• Represent the organization positively through effective communication and conduct.
• Implement trauma-informed practices in all engagements with clients and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and compliance with any necessary credentialing or licensing standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Designation as a Qualified Professional in North Carolina.
