Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Atlantic Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and report any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Valid NJ RN license.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree.
- Prior experience in Emergency Department or critical care setting.
