- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or equivalent is required.
- LEED AP accreditation is preferred, showcasing a commitment to sustainable practices.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including Revit and energy modeling tools.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers and fostering team development.
- Background in business development and client relationship management is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design within the building services sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an MEP Engineering Consultancy or similar environment.
