Hiring Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of U-Haul, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that customers have a positive interaction with our company.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This compensation package includes a base salary, bonuses, and other incentives.

Main Duties:

• Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment on the lot, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
• Rental Management: Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Invoice Preparation: Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Education and Training: Educate customers on products and services, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
