Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking X-rays, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of dental procedures and protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care and excellent patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current CA RDA licensure
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience with practice management software (Open Dental a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
