Hand Therapy Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team as a part-time hand therapist. As a certified hand therapist or occupational therapist with a passion for hand therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our hand programs.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with hand injuries or conditions
  • Provide high-quality hand therapy services, including custom splinting and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with our network of hand therapists and certified hand therapists to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
  • National registration and state licensure or registration
  • Level II field work or Hand Therapy clinical rotation in school in lieu of two years of hand therapy experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy or ability to sit for exam
  • Minimum of two years experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic
  • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience required
