Hospitality Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Director to join our team at The OL Doghouse, a dynamic bar and grill in Albemarle, NC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Train and manage staff to meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Scheduling: Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the needs of our busy restaurant.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in bar management, bartending, and food service is essential.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of restaurant operations.
