We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a Dietary Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our guests
- Supervise the dietary department, including procurement, sanitation, and staff management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest care
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation of dietary portion of guest care plans
- ServSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two-year supervised food service experience in an institutional setting focused on planning, preparing, and servicing regular and therapeutic diets
