APCOA Parking is seeking a dedicated Parking Operations Leader to oversee the car parking services associated with a major railway contract. This critical position involves supporting the operations manager by supervising parking activities across the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and that site visits are conducted effectively to meet performance indicators.
  • Supervise front-line personnel during peak hours, collaborating with the Operations Manager as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to uphold high operational standards.
  • Monitor service quality and staff performance, taking appropriate actions to align with company standards.
  • Address and resolve any car parking-related issues promptly.
  • Report incidents involving staff to the Operations Manager, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members, addressing disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy.
  • Communicate company policies and updates effectively to all front-line staff.
  • Manage parking and security incidents, coordinating with emergency services when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations among all staff.
  • Assist the senior administrator and Operations Manager in resolving parking-related issues within agreed service levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
