Compensation and Perks

Our Warehouse Associates are paid weekly, and we offer competitive rates, including $20.33 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay at $30.50 per hour. We also provide additional compensation for working second shift.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate at Ryder, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our distribution operations, including:

  • Packaging, kitting, and assembling orders
  • Loading and unloading trailers
  • Ensuring accurate scanning and completing related paperwork
  • Training dock employees on new procedures
  • Performing picking and packing duties
  • Checking for evidence of product or container damage

You will also be required to participate in workgroup activities to improve warehouse operations, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
