Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our rehabilitation team to provide top-notch care to our residents and patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our patients achieve a full recovery and a timely return to their daily activities.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services to residents and patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- A valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered
