Gauge Assembler

GEOKON is a leading manufacturer of sensors and equipment used in civil, mining, and structural engineering projects worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled Gauge Assembler to join our team in a full-time position. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts, pieces, and products using various tools and equipment according to required specifications and procedures.

• Read, comprehend, and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately assemble products.
• Assemble various gauges, crimp and cap wire, clean and inspect parts, and perform quality work checks and testing.
• Work with different sized materials, from large parts to small intricate parts, and glue and seal using Loctite, epoxy, RTV, and other components.
• Maintain equipment, a clean and safe work environment, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Handle ESD sensitive materials and equipment, and perform related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of assembly experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and blueprints for complex and standard product assembly.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
• Ability to work well with others and a willingness to switch tasks frequently.
• Good understanding of quality controls and ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
