As a Bartender at IPIC, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing top-notch service to our guests. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Mixology Expertise: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, wine, and beer, according to company recipes and standards.
• Guest Service: Deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including drink options and food pairings, and make recommendations to guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage cash handling responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous Bartending Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced beverage service environment.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and beverage service procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
