The Warehouse Picker Packer is a critical role within our Stonewall Kitchen team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and confirm orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack orders correctly to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery
- Label and ticket orders as specified
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report any issues or concerns to management
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with the ability to twist, bend, reach, squat, climb stairs, and stand for several hours at a time
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Experience with Radio Frequency Scanning (RF) and electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts a plus
