Job Summary:

Michaels Stores is seeking a Seasonal Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
