Mattress Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mattress Assembler to join our team at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality mattresses using a variety of pneumatic tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mattresses according to established work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate pneumatic tools, such as c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns, to assemble and finish mattresses.
• Inspect mattress components and finished units for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting heavy products and materials up to 120 pounds.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with pneumatic tools and in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions and production tickets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
