No prior experience is required; however, familiarity with Personal Injury cases is advantageous as we prioritize training our personnel to ensure our clients receive exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will possess excellent grammar skills, a positive demeanor, be a collaborative team member, and most importantly, have a genuine desire to assist individuals who have suffered injuries in accidents.
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary of $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Regular communication with clients regarding their cases
- Assisting clients in scheduling medical treatments
- Helping clients with vehicle repair arrangements
- Managing over 100 cases simultaneously
- Strong grammar skills are essential
- Note: Our Case Managers do not prepare demands or collect medical records.
- Knowledge of Personal Injury is preferred.
