Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the Glendale community and surrounding areas in Arizona.

About the Role:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Implement client care plans, providing companionship, medication reminders, and protective supervision as needed.
  • Notify the Care Manager of client concerns, changes in care, or client emergencies.
  • Follow company Infection Control practices and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Conform to the company dress code and report to work on-time and ready for the day.

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and implement client care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to reposition and transfer clients safely.

Organizational Relationship: The Caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.

Physical and Environmental Demands: Reposition and transfer clients, sustain weight of clients using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment, and travel to client residences using a reliable means of transportation.

Classification: Non-Exempt
