We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN Float Pool Specialty to join our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a critical care expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
