Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all subcontractors on-site and manage daily construction activities, including scheduling, inspections, quality assurance, safety protocols, and budget oversight.
  • Collaborate closely with project management to secure necessary utilities, permits, plan evaluations, and occupancy certifications.
  • Direct and supervise subcontractors and team members.
  • Provide regular written reports and updates on scheduling.
  • Assess situations and make decisions independently.
  • Implement OSHA safety standards across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with SWPPP requirements and minimize environmental impact.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment daily.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in construction supervision.
  • 5-7 years of experience specifically in affordable multi-family residential or single-family home construction.
  • Experience collaborating with city inspectors and other regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Higher education or technical training is advantageous.
