Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with communication disorders, helping them to develop effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments that promote student success.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to set and review goals for students, ensuring that their communication needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Missouri.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
