Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school setting in South Lyon, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with students in grades K-12.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will provide services to students in a school setting, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Assess students' needs and develop individualized plans to address those needs
  • Implement interventions and progress monitor student progress
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff
  • Collaborate with other school professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active or pending state OT license
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
