We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular ICU team at ChristianaCare. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a high-acuity cardiac population, collaborating with cardiologists and medical residents to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Titrate multiple vasoactive medications and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
- Care for extremely high acuity cardiac patients, including those on intra-aortic balloon pumps, CRRT, and ventricular assist devices
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary patient-focused rounds
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- At least two years of stepdown experience required
- Previous critical care experience preferred
- BLS required
- ACLS and cardiac dysrhythmia proficiency required
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
