Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Telemetry Department team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient use of resources, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Certifications: Current California RN license, American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Competitive Salary: $51.18 - $81.91 hourly.
