**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Upper Bay Technician:
    • Implementing and adhering to upper bay procedures
    • Conducting thorough safety and quality inspections
    • Providing exceptional customer service
    • Completing detailed service reviews
  • Lower Bay Technician:
    • Following established lower bay procedures
    • Conducting safety and quality inspections
    • Managing and maintaining tools and equipment
    • Organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient work area
  • Courtesy Technician:
    • Guiding vehicles into service bays
    • Conducting thorough vehicle component checks
    • Entering accurate information into our system
    • Welcoming and informing customers of their service experience
