At Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, we are seeking a talented Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant-C to join our cardiovascular service line. The position will be based in Federal Way at our Virginia Mason Federal Way Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Participate in inpatient service rotations, estimated once every other month
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and prescribe medications as needed
- ARNP or Physician Assistant-C with 1+ years of advanced practice work experience
- Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License required
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
