Job Description

As the Director of Airport Management, you will oversee the daily operations of our airport facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of our business plan, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of staff to ensure proper facility operation.
  • Develop and manage the operations plan for assigned locations.
  • Evaluate staff performance, handle disciplinary actions, and resolve grievances.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clients and maintain relationships with key airport personnel.
  • Monitor client and customer satisfaction with services.
  • Maintain facility safety and security, ensuring proper location maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with clients to report on finances, operations, and ongoing projects.
  • Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly and in accordance with contracts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of airport parking experience, preferably with shuttle and valet operations background.
  • Prior oversight of multiple direct reports and large employee staff.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with parking access and revenue control systems a plus.
  • Accounting/Finance knowledge with general understanding of financial statements and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
