Your Key Objectives

  • Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize supply chain processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality product features that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, applying innovative techniques to enhance our products and services.
  • Take ownership of new projects and initiatives, working closely with our team to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to our company culture, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a 3.5+ GPA.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in scaling and deploying ETL pipelines or Deep Learning models for real-world scenarios.
  • Proven expertise in deep learning model development and deployment, particularly in distributed multi-node GPU environments.
  • Strong proficiency in data engineering technologies, including Spark and Airflow.
  • Familiarity with popular frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Superb communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI research and its practical applications.

Compensation Package

$165,000 - $220,000 annuallyWe offer a competitive salary range based on experience, qualifications, and location, along with equity in our dynamic startup and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and generous paid time off.
