- Manage sales order processing and machine design, from individual components to comprehensive automated systems.
- Engage in new product development and enhance existing products.
- Utilize parametric solid modeling software for design tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in designing complex parts, mechanisms, and assemblies using parametric solid modeling tools (e.g., Inventor, Solidworks).
- Familiarity with document control systems and model lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, including sheet metal work, welding, and machining.
- Experience with material handling, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear motors, and plastic components.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is highly advantageous.
Interview Guidelines:

Minimum Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Design (A.S., B.S., etc.)
- Alternatively, certified experience in machine design or parametric modeling.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Compensation and title will be aligned with qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with a commitment to equal opportunity employment.
