Job Title: Software Engineer Level 2

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Level 2 to join our team at Base-2 Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement software solutions using Java and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Design and implement software architectures to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain software documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality.
  • Identify and report software defects and implement fixes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve software development processes.
Requirements:
  • 14 years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience with Java, Maven, GIT, JIRA, LINUX, and big data, batch/streaming analytic methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
