About the Role

iCRYO One Loudoun is seeking a seasoned Center Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive and successful environment for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide excellent leadership and management to create a positive and successful environment for staff and guests.
  • Sales and Operations: Properly manage and exceed all iCRYO sales and operational budgets. Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including pre-sale events, corporate events, and outreach.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems. Manage, monitor, coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of all staff members, including medical staff.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling of all iCRYO staff. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding all new staff.
  • Culture and Motivation: Develop a high-energy culture through contests and uphold incentive-based motivation. Train and mentor staff for ongoing success and future growth.
  • Guest Service: Provide and maintain the highest level of guest service. Provide effective decision-making regarding guest service issues.
  • Community Involvement: Plan and promote special events for the center on a monthly basis for effective outreach and community involvement.
  • Center Maintenance: Ensure that the center is clean, maintained, and to EBR standards at all times.
  • Business Intelligence: Understand and interpret Business Intelligence (KPIs) to find opportunities and provide solutions to drive center growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in business or related field of experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years of management experience, including overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination. Minimum 3-4 years of previous sales experience.
  • Skills: Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends. Have the ability to direct sales through company-required outreach programs. Understanding of all performance metrics (KPIs), revenue, ordering, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facility maintenance.
  • Personal Qualities: Must have the ability to multi-task, manage guest and staff concerns, and be a self-starter. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Entrepreneurial spirit, participative leadership style, and drive for excellence. Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
