Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Columbine Therapy Services, you will provide high-quality patient care by delivering appropriate therapy services as per physician's orders and communicate treatment plans with clients, families, and medical staff.
Responsibilities- Provide in-services, refer clients to outpatient care, and perform duties for other agencies under supervision, utilizing your knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
- Participate in meetings, discharge planning, and quality assurance programs, while ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, Bachelor's or greater degree required.
- Licensed by the State of Colorado as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Patient Assessment and Diagnostic Skills - Ability to evaluate physical conditions, understand patient limitations, and develop customized treatment plans.
- Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Techniques - Expertise in physical therapy techniques such as stretching, exercise programs, and manual therapy.
- Communication Skills - Proficient in explaining treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and healthcare teams in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping - Accuracy in maintaining patient records, progress notes, and treatment evaluations in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Technology and Equipment Proficiency - Familiarity with physical therapy tools, modalities, and software used in treatment and patient tracking.
