Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate to join our team in Cornelius, NC. As a key member of our mental health team, you will work with clients to address depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. This is a Fee for Service position, offering a competitive earning potential of $40,000 - $50,000.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as intakes and diagnostic assessments.
  • Collaborate with licensed supervisors to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in counseling or a related field.
  • Approved by the board as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
