Role Overview:
As a Senior PCMS/Reliability System Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating data management and documentation within the Plant Condition Monitoring System (PCMS) to support the mechanical integrity program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data entry by authorized personnel in the PCMS, establishing new equipment and piping with corrosion monitoring locations (CMLs) and creating events with relevant documentation for inspections and thickness measurements.
  • Input and analyze data within the PCMS, generating KPI reports as necessary.
  • Facilitate the transmission of documents in and out of the PCMS, assisting users in locating required documents and drawings.
  • Conduct regular audits of PCMS data to ensure the accuracy of critical information.
  • Prioritize and schedule tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain clear communication with Change Management team members to support efficient workflow.
  • Engage with employees and contractors to gather necessary information for data input into the PCMS.
  • Review CAD and data entry outputs to ensure quality and precision.
  • Collaborate with the PCMS vendor to implement and understand system updates.
  • Ensure that data fields in the PCMS and electronic CAD folders are current and accurate.
  • Document modifications and changes to existing records in a thorough and traceable manner.
  • Actively participate in user group meetings related to PCMS.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of inspection and maintenance activities within a refinery's Mechanical Integrity program.
  • Exhibit the ability to manage work within required timelines, including urgent and long-term projects.
  • Demonstrate multitasking capabilities and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of PCMS is essential.
  • Familiarity with inspection and maintenance records within a refinery's Mechanical Integrity program is necessary.
  • API 580 Risk Based Inspection certification is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, including participation in unscheduled discussions and troubleshooting.
  • Capability to manage work within specified timelines, including urgent and long-term tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word and Excel) are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in CAD drafting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspection Code is preferred.
  • Knowledge of API 570 Piping Inspection Code is preferred.
All candidates must be eligible to obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential). It is mandatory for employees to carry this card while working.
