- Mental Health Screenings: Conduct mental health screenings to identify potential issues and develop effective treatment plans.
- Write Comprehensive Reports: Write detailed evaluation reports and social histories, submitting them in a timely manner to support informed decision-making.
- Develop Recommendations: Develop recommendations based on clinical evaluation and interview, ensuring clients receive the most suitable service track.
- Identify Additional Assessment Needs: Determine the need for additional assessments, ensuring clients receive the necessary support.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings to evaluate and improve clinical assessment processes, contributing to the development of effective review physician forms.
- Complete Required Training: Participate in required training related to the position and its responsibilities, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Understand and Adhere to Policies: Understand and adhere to HRA policies and procedures, as well as RWS standard operating procedures related to the clinical assessment process and physician review requirements.
- Experience in Medical Evaluations: Three years' experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
- Fast-Paced Team Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.
- Publicly Funded Programs: Experience working with publicly funded programs, with TANF experience being a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
- Time Management and Communication Skills: Superior time management skills with the ability to complete evaluations and written reports within tight time frames, as well as excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
- Clinical Documentation: Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.
- NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist: NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist required.
