We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Cardiac Monitor Technician, you will be responsible for providing continuous cardiac monitor observation and rhythm strip documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provides continuous cardiac monitor observation and rhythm strip documentation.
- Communication Responsibilities: Communicates changes in cardiac rhythm to the appropriate nurse and documents rhythm strips.
- Technical Responsibilities: Ensures all cardiac telemetry monitoring equipment is in working order and flags monitors appropriately.
Requirements:
- Entry-level knowledge and basic employment skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of experience in cardiac monitoring and documentation
- Certification in Cardiac Monitoring and Documentation preferred
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
