Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health conditions, develop and execute treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies.
  • Full-time therapists are expected to manage 25-30 client sessions weekly.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and work alongside a dynamic team to address community mental health needs.
  • Employ innovative techniques to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Prepare and submit session documentation according to established guidelines.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid state license as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT) or be eligible for licensure within three months of employment.
  • Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation is preferred.
  • Experience in developing treatment plans and clinical case notes is required.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Proficient in using office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Must pass a background check.

Additional Information:

This position is supervised by the Clinical Director and offers flexible work-from-home options.
