United Health Services is on the lookout for a Junior Financial Analyst to enhance our Physician Financial Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis Department by delivering precise and timely evaluations.

• Generate comprehensive reports to track labor and non-labor savings initiatives.
• Assist in the management of the distributed budgeting system.
• Provide detailed analysis comparing budgeted figures to actual performance.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or a related field is required.

Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector or analytical roles is preferred. Familiarity with Strata Decision Technology reporting and financial software, as well as Epic EMR, is advantageous.
