Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary:

This housekeeping role is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by performing various cleaning and sanitation tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Transport trash, hazardous waste, and recyclable materials to designated disposal areas
• Replenish supplies and materials in assigned areas and patient rooms
• Inspect and ensure that all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
• Demonstrate proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements:
• High School Degree or GED preferred
• No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
