We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process.
- Record Keeping and Continuous Learning: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience with low & high voltage wiring.
- Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. EPA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses preferred, but not required.
