Bartender Responsibilities
At Fiery Crab, we're looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
* Verifying identification and age requirements of customers
* Mixing traditional and creative cocktails
* Processing payment from customers
* Cleaning glasses and bar utensils
* Making suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
* Recording and balancing cash receipts and preparing cash deposits
* Opening and maintaining tabs throughout their shift
* Building a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
