Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Physician Assistant to join our team of dedicated neonatologists and NNP/PAs in providing high-quality care to patients in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill neonates, including attending high-risk deliveries, rounding on NICU and Intermediate Nursery babies, and helping to see newborns in the Mother/Baby Nursery.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Collaborate with our clinical leadership team to advance the mission and vision of Pediatrix Medical Group.

Requirements
